Regular papers: Submit provisional versions of full papers in English as follows. Limitation to 6 full pages, including paper title, authors and affiliations, figures and references (maximum size 2MB). Authors are requested to prepare the manuscripts in the IEEE common format. Accepted and presented papers will be published in the conference proceedings, and included in the IEEE Xplore® online digital library and EI Compendex database. The best conference papers will be published in a special section in IEEE Transactions on Industrial Electronics
